St. Dominic’s Senior High Technical School, the 2-year running Eastern Regional Champions of the National Independence Quiz will represent the Eastern region and compete with Greater Accra, Volta and Oti Region. The winner among these four regions will represent zone 4 at the National Contest.
Responding to an interview on Agoo Fm’s “Ene Nso Biom” hosted by Obaahemaa Mirekua, Mr. Bernard Acheampong, one of the key trainers of TEAM ST. DOMINIC’S stated that,
“we practically have high hopes to overcome the rest of the zone 4 schools, considering an experience our team has gotten from last year’s contest. Last year, we had the opportunity to reach the same stage as this which makes up optimistic and gives us extra hope to win the contest”
He also talked about the team’s readiness to go for glory when he compares last year’s preparation to the preparation of 2022.
The Zone 4 contest will be hosted by the Eastern Region at Oyoko Methodist Senior High School, Oyoko – Koforidua on the Thursday 17th February, 2022 at 9:30 am.
