It always takes a good-hearted person to give a fraction of what he has to the poor, the needy and the fatherless. Indeed, the condition of being a child without living parents is never pleasant, but when love is shown to such a child, he tends to forget that his parents are no more alive.
On Tuesday December 11 2021, Mr. Dennis Opoku, a Ghanaian UK-Based soldier sent an undisclosed but a huge amount of cash donation to All Nations Orphanage Home at Asokore-Mampong in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
This kind gesture is part of his numerous charity works. Mr. Opoku traveled to Ghana from the UK to put to rest, his deceased beloved mother (Madam Felicia Oteng Gyameah). The funeral rites took place at Sekyere-Odumase (SECKO). Despite the fact that he spent a huge amount of money to arrange and process his mother’s funeral, he saw it as a Godly responsibility to visit the orphanage home as well.
From sources, this is not the first time the Military man has exhibited such an act of generosity. He has been doing this over a decade now even before he travelled to stay in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Dennis Opoku, a father of two beautiful daughters, was a basic school teacher in Ghana from 2012 until he travelled to the UK in 2018. He is currently with the 5 FS Bathalion REME; the RLC Stores troop and specifically works as a Supply Specialist in the UK Army. He is a devoted Christian who believes in writing the Biblical quote, “The Lord Liveth” to prove the existence of God.
May God bless his kind gesture!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽
