The men’s senior National Team of Ghana, Black Stars, exited from the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2021 following their unexpected 2-3 defeat to Comoros.
Out of the three group matches, the Black Stars lost two and drew one. They got only a point out of nine.
This statement was made in relation to the numerous displeasure of Ghanaians on social media after the Ghana vs Comoros encounter.
Exhibiting his patriotism and commitment to the nation Ghana, the Hiplife artiste and the self-acclaimed rap doctor, Okyeame Kwame, put to his Twitter timeline that it would be better to cheer people on when they are going down rather than to throw negative shades to chastise them.
He said in a written chant,
“Ghana Ghana Oseeee yie! Yie yie! Are we not supposed to cheer people on, especially when they are falling? Win or lose, we should learn to cheer the #blackstars on”

Win or loose , we should learn to cheer the #blackstars on . That’s #love
The Black Stars was down by a man after the skipper of the side, Andre Ayew, received a red card for a career-threatening tackle on the keeper of Comoros.
